The Return and Earn debacle just doesn’t seem to end.

A listener sent in this video of two women scouring through rubbish bins at a caravan park in South West Rocks to find Return and Earn containers.

The listener says these two did the same yesterday and were given a move along notice by park staff.

Pilfering through bins isn’t unusual, with people being spotted all over the state grabbing Return and Earn recyclables for refunds then discarding the rest of the rubbish on the road.
