Luke Grant talks to Duncan Wakes-Miller whose 17-year-old son Barney was tragically killed by a drunken driver on the Northern Beaches in 2020.  Duncan has founded the Road Trauma Support Group for those who have lost family members in road crashes and he shares with Luke his suggested reforms to try and reduce these tragic and unnecessary deaths.
