’Stop hiding’ – Optus in damage control over nationwide failure
This morning, Optus has entered damage control mode following a nationwide failure, but their response, or lack thereof, raises serious questions that need answers.
An Optus spokesperson has since told 2GB:
- We are aware of an outage impacting our customers.
- Our teams are working to restore services as soon as possible.
- We will provide an update as soon as we are able.
- Optus apologises sincerely to customers.
