Alexandria local, Vanessa Knight, is leading the charge against her local Woolworths becoming a Woolies Metro.

Alexandria locals have created a petition against their local Woolworths becoming a Woolies Metro, because the smaller stores charge higher prices for less stock.

“We have over 1200 signatures in a week,” Vanessa said in an effort to show the supermarket giant “how angry our community is.”
